When you start your Sens.ai experience, the app will prompt you to complete your first assessment. From then on, Assess sessions are available at the start and end of each Mission. The assessment that ends a Mission is the same one that starts your next, so beginning a new Mission does not mean taking a second assessment.
Your first assessment sets your baseline, and it never moves. From your second one on, every number shows how far you have come since.
